City Hall will be closed on May 29th in observance of Memorial Day.

City Council Meetings
Begins: 2/14/2023 - 7:00 PM
Ends: 12/31/2023 - Until all business is complete
Our City Council Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month and begin at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at either City Hall or the Park building, and will be posted as to which one. The public is welcome to attend, whether to voice their concerns on the happenings of our town, or just to sit in and keep up to date.
Golden Apples Social Club

Golden Apples over 50 Social Club
What? Dinner, fellowship and fun!!
When? Every Thursday from 5pm to 7pm ish...
Where? The Park Building at Forest Park.
Who? Anyone over the age of 50.
There is no cost as the Golden Apples are a 503c entity and work mostly off of grants and donations. Donations are greatly appreciated!!!

Second Saturdays are back!! Held on the "Second Saturday" of every month come downtown Saturday night for live music, food, drink, and assorted vendors.
Yellow Rose Day
Begins: 5/22/2023 - 8:30 am
Yellow Rose Day at the Appleton City Cemetery
The project that places a yellow silk rosebud on 2400 graves in the oldest section of the cemetery in time for Memorial Day.
Volunteers needed!! Individuals, families, clubs, and groups are welcome.
Placement date: Monday, May 22 at 8:30am (Rain date will be Tuesday, May 23rd at 8:30am).
Volunteers are needed for pickup also!!
Pickup Date: Monday, June 5, 2023 at 8:30am (Rain date will be Tuesday, June 6th at 8:30am)
