The City of Appleton City contracts with Country Wide Disposal of Butler, MO (660-670-0717) for solid waste collection. The trash is picked up Thursdays after 7:00 am. Everyone within the city limits with a water account is required to have garbage collection.
TRASH charge is a flat $21.00 per month which is included in the total on your water bill.
