Pet Licensing

Dont forget to license your pet!

The City of Appleton City requires you to license your pet yearly. The cost is $5.00 and you must have proof of current rabies vaccination. This year we also have a form to fill out for the new Animal Control Division. It can be found below.

Including a picture of your pet is encouraged as it will assist in reuniting you with your lost or stolen pet. Please email your picture along with your name and the pets name to:
