Completed Water Utility Application (available at City Hall)
Copy of current your Driver's License
Water deposit in the amount of $225.00

My bill is past due can I get an extension?
Per City Ordinance Section 700.080 Deliquent Water Bills. If your bill is not paid by due date, a ten percent (10%) late fee will be assessed on all unpaid accounts on the 17th day of the month or the next business day if the 17th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday. Service is subject to disconnection if not paid by the 27th of the month and an administrative fee of $50 plus the past due bill must be paid before reconnection. If the 27th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, service will be disconnected on the next business day.
What do I do if I am experiencing low pressure?
Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office and report low pressure for your area.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?
We may have received it after the due date or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve the problem.
Why is my water discolored?
A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.
