Animal Control Division

The City of Appleton City Animal Services' department provides the following assistance to all residents and is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in our community.  Our goal is to be able to reunite wayward animals with their people.  Please vaccinate your pet and license with the City to help with this effort!!

• Responding to stray animal complaints
• Investigating dangerous animals
• Impoundments
• Barking dog complaints
• Trapping nuisance wildlife and loose livestock
• Carcass removal

We now have a full time Animal Control person.  If you have an animal control issue please call TOMMY CARTER at 660-492-3530.

Alternatively, you can call City Hall during business hours M-F 8:30am to 4:00pm.
